Each exercise is divided into 3 lessons.

Notation: name/sing the numerical scale degree as you play/sing each note.

Scale Degrees & Rhythm: name, play, and/or sing the note that each scale degree represents.

Answer Key: check your work or just listen and follow along. Simply hearing the pitch & rhythm while following along and visualizing finger placement is a great way to practice, even without your instrument.
